Shipping

We currently offer delivery across the UAE. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise. For bulk orders, customised gifts, or special requests, delivery timelines will be confirmed during order confirmation.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

Returns and Refunds

As our gift boxes are made to order and often personalised, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it, along with photographs of the packaging and products. Our team will review and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not already been processed. Customised and bulk orders are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
